Nicole was very kind on the phone and assured me it would be done the next day. Bob came out the next day and finished the job, cleaned up and adjusted the patio door. I would highly recommend them for all your glass repairs. I know if I need their help again, it’s a no brainer!

The good people at De Guelle Glass merit all the praise they get – and then some. My wife and I have been dealing with a bathroom renovation – glass and tile – for more than a year now, so we’ve had a chance to come to know Barbara, Bob, and Nicole quite well. Indeed, they have been a set of bright, friendly lights right when our project seemed darkest. We had special ordered some spectacularly beautiful blue glass, only to find out that it required a care and expertise that our contractor (a great guy, but light on experience with glass) simply does not have. When some of the glass was improperly installed, it cracked, so we took spare pieces to De Guelle for custom cuts. When the glass was improperly handled, it cracked, so back to De Guelle we went. When we found that some of the replacement glass didn’t match the color that had been installed, we needed more glass cut. In fact, we had so many occasions to work with the good folks at De Guelle Glass that we thought about renting a portion of their shop – for the care and expertise, of course, but also for the company. Ah, I should mention that their prices are easily fair, if not beyond. Today, Bob made two cuts in one of our fancy glass pieces, and Barbara and Nicole said (with a smile and a wink), “No charge. And say, ‘Hi!’ to that lovely wife of yours!” This must be what it’s like living in a small town. We highly recommend De Guelle Glass.

Came within an hour of calling to replace our kitchen window yesterday. This morning I noticed a small Crack which turns out to be because our window frame is damaged badly(which it totally is) . Bob came again this morning, again within an hour of calling, and fixed the issue no questions asked. He even took measures to cushion the bottom of the window where the frame was cracked so it hopefully doesn't happen again! Amazing service and super fast and friendly!
